🏠 WHAT YOU GET

🔑 Full Property Ownership — Your MLO house is assigned exclusively to your character. Once it is yours it is yours to keep, operate out of, and call home in the city.

🏘️ Choose From Available City MLOs — Not importing your own? No problem. Browse from our selection of already available MLOs placed throughout the city and claim one as your own without the need to submit any files. Simply open a ticket and our team will work with you to assign an available property.

📦 Custom MLO Import — Want something completely unique? Submit your own custom MLO file and our team will review, test, and insert it into the city exclusively for your character. Please be mindful that your MLO must not conflict with or overlap any existing MLOs already placed in the city. Conflicting MLOs will be rejected until the issue is resolved.

🧪 Full Testing Before Insertion — Every custom MLO file submitted will be thoroughly tested by our team before being placed in the city. This ensures your property works correctly, performs well, and does not cause any issues for other players or the server.

2. Open a ticket in our Discord server
3. Let our team know you would like to choose from available city MLOs
4. Our team will show you what is currently available
5. Once you make your selection your property will be assigned to your character

FOR CUSTOM MLO IMPORTS

1. Purchase this package on the Tebex webstore
2. Open a ticket in our Discord server
3. Submit your MLO file in ZIP format through the ticket
4. Our team will review, test, and check for any conflicting MLOs in the area
5. Once approved and cleared your MLO will be inserted and assigned to your character in game

⚠️ FILE REQUIREMENTS — FOR CUSTOM IMPORTS ONLY

Before submitting your MLO file please make sure it meets ALL of the following requirements or it will not be accepted:

✅ ZIP Format Only — All MLO files must be submitted in ZIP format through your Discord ticket. No other file formats will be accepted.

✅ Optimized File — Your submission must be properly optimized for server performance. Unoptimized files that negatively impact server performance will be rejected and returned for corrections.

✅ No Conflicting MLOs — It is your responsibility to be mindful that your custom MLO does not conflict with or overlap any existing MLOs already placed in the city. Our team will check for conflicts during testing and any conflicting submissions will be rejected until corrected.

🚫 Non-Compliant Files — Any file that does not meet our optimization or formatting requirements will be sent back to you for corrections before it is inserted into the city.

📌 IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY

⏳ 2 Week Non-Activity Policy — If your property goes unseen or your account shows no activity for 2 consecutive weeks your house may be released back into the city property pool under our non-activity policy. If your property is lost due to inactivity we will not issue a refund under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to stay active and maintain ownership of your property.

🔒 Your Property Is Yours — Once your MLO is assigned and inserted into the city it belongs to your character. Keep it active, keep it yours.

🎫 Ticket Required — All MLO house requests and imports must go through an official Discord ticket. Do not submit files through any other channel. Submissions made outside of a ticket will not be processed.
