No Refund Policy: All purchases made in the Deadly LA store are final and non-refundable. All transactions are voluntary donations made in exchange for in-game perks. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, in-game bans, or server-related issues.

Inactivity Policy: Players who are inactive for 14 consecutive days (2 weeks) or more risk having their purchased assets and in-game items confiscated by the in-game government/server administration. It is the player's responsibility to remain active to retain their purchases. No compensation or refund will be provided for confiscated items due to inactivity.
