📋 HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR FACE SKIN

1. Purchase this package on the Tebex webstore
2. Open a ticket in our Discord server
3. Submit your face skin file in ZIP format through the ticket
4. Our team will review and optimize your file
5. We will notify you in the ticket which slot your face skin will be assigned to
6. Once inserted your custom face skin will be available on your character in game

⚠️ FILE REQUIREMENTS — READ BEFORE SUBMITTING

Before submitting your face skin file please make sure it meets ALL of the following requirements or it will not be accepted:

✅ ZIP Format Only — All face skin files must be submitted in ZIP format through your Discord ticket. No other file formats will be accepted.

✅ Optimized File — Your submission must be properly optimized for server performance. Unoptimized files that impact server performance will be rejected and returned for corrections.

🚫 Non-Compliant Files — Any file that does not meet our optimization or formatting requirements will be sent back to you for corrections before it is inserted into the city.

📌 IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY

🔒 Your Slot Is Yours — Once your face skin is assigned to a slot and inserted into the city it belongs to your character. Our team will communicate all slot details directly through your ticket.

🎫 Ticket Required — All face skin imports must go through an official Discord ticket. Do not submit files through any other channel. Submissions made outside of a ticket will not be processed.
